Food - Blogmas Day 19-21 - Scrambled Egg with Smoked Salmon

I have been really busy again, it seems that work want to own this time of year, plus buying presents and driving lessons to to!

Day 19-21

What is your favourite Christmas breakfast? Mine is scrambled egg with smoked salmon. I do love it as it's luxury and filling! I also like it with bacon to here is my version

Scrambled Egg with Smoked Salmon

Preparation time: 5 minutes 
Cooking time: 5 minutes 
Total time: 10 minutes
Serves :1


  • 1/2 Pack of smoked Salmon Trimmings 
  •  1 Egg
  • Splash of milk
  • Knob of Butter
  • 1 Slice of Toast (I prefer Wholemeal Bread)
  • Pepper to season


  •  Milk Saucepan or similar Small Saucepan
  • Small Glass bowl
  • Wooden Spoon
  • Small Whisk or Microwave whisk  


  1. Break your egg into the small Glass bowl 
  2. Add the milk and pepper  
  3. Whisk till all combined Add the butter to the saucepan, on a medium heat until it melts and foaming 
  4. Add the egg mixture the pan, and keep stirring making sure the egg does not stick, till it's cooked through and looks scrambled 
  5. Once the egg has cooked through, add the salmon to the pan for a few seconds till it's heated through 
  6. Serve on hot toast that has been buttered and enjoy
