Food - Recipe - Brillant Bacon & Courgette Pasta

I'm back making food for my blog - gasp!! I was sorting through some papers of recipes I had pulled out of magazines over the years, chucking out ones that were no longer needed, I came across this recipe from Jamie Oliver’s Sainsbury’s campaign to Feed your Family for a fiver, I had done this once before and added extras to the basic recipe so why not do it on here, as it is somewhat low-carb depending on the pasta you use.

Brilliant Bacon & Courgette Pasta

Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Cooking Time: 15 Minutes
Total - 25 minutes
Makes 1 Portion (you can double it up)

Hi guys it seems ages since I updated this blog; I had ideas these were not written, pressure to change job, hospital appointments and depression.
