My parents recently celebrated their 50th Wedding anniversary, they did not want gifts, just our presence. I'm not convinced by people that don't want gifts to celebrate big occasions so, I thought I would produce a list of presents you can get for people that don't want gifts
A Restaurant Voucher

A meal in a lovely restaurant is a great present for a person, there are so many to choose from, or choose a local restaurant that you know is a favourite with the recipient

A voucher for a spa day or a hot air balloon ride, these vouchers suit everybody that likes either an adventure or a quite relaxing day. There are many to choose from.
National Trust, English Heritage or Woodland Trust Membership
Some charities like English Heritage, The National Trust and The Woodland Trust
do gift memberships, so this might be a good option for someone that likes visiting a castle or a woodland.
A Photo Mug, Cushion or Puzzle
Some high street stores will do personalised photograph mugs, cushions or a puzzle with a photograph that you have of the person that the gift is for they will make it into a puzzle or even a mug
Personalised Wine Bottle
Some companies do personalised wine, beer and spirit bottles, with a special message, so they might be the perfect gift for them.
Personalised Chocolate Bar
Local chocolate shops or high street chocolate shops can make personalised bars with a special message on them
Have you had people that don't want gifts, what did you buy them?
